Nine Fathom is a small clubhouse, and we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. This page says plainly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
What we collect
If you join the Members' List, we keep your email address. If you place an order, we keep what's needed to make and deliver it: your name, shipping address, email, and the items you bought. That's the whole list.
What we never do
We don't run advertising trackers on this site. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever. And we don't send mail you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the partners it takes to serve you. The production houses that make and ship your order receive your name and address. Our payment processor handles your card — card numbers never touch our systems. Each partner may use your information only to fulfill your order. (For completeness: our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees a standard page request when the site loads — nothing more.)
Your choices
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. And you can always write to support@ninefathom.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a fresh date at the top.
