Shipping

Every apparel piece is made for you when you order it — we don't pull from a warehouse shelf. Production takes 2–5 business days; standard delivery takes another 3–5 once it ships. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the clubhouse.

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $75. Below that, the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within the United States. Somewhere further afield? Write to support@ninefathom.com and we'll see what we can do.

Made to order

The golf bags and shoes are built to order — each one starts production when you place your order and takes 3–6 weeks to arrive. Because they're made for you, they're final sale: we can't restock a bag with your name on the manifest.

One exception outranks every rule: if anything arrives wrong or damaged, we make it right. Send photos to support@ninefathom.com and we'll take it from there.

Returns & exchanges

Apparel and headwear can come back within 30 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Your choice of a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange for another size.

To start a return, email support@ninefathom.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (continental US) and process your refund within a few business days of the piece reaching us.
